Private Yoga classes are by far my favourite channel of teaching due to the variety of people I get to work with. Private classes are based on individual needs and wants of my students. By connecting with a student one to one, it gives us quality time and the advantages to address the whole person: the physical body, the subtle body, the emotional body, direction of breath, mind, intention, visualisation and more. We will work in depth to get the most out of our class together and also search outside your boundaries to develop, grow and heal. Private classes are highly recommended to everyone, especially to those who:
- Are working with an injury and need more detailed assistance for recovery
- Wish to receive detailed and personal attention in form of alignment and posture
- Have a very busy calendar and need to set their own Yoga schedule
- Are curious to expand their knowledge in specific areas of the practice
