Through private Yoga classes, you have the chance to dive deeper into your practice or as a beginner, begin to find your personal practice.
Private classes are highly recommended to everyone. Especially to those who:
- Are working with an injury and need more detailed assistance for recovery
- Wish to receive more detailed and personal attention in form of alignment and posture
- Have a very busy calendar and need to set their own Yoga schedule
- Are curious to expand their knowledge in specific areas of the practice
