One to One Classes are available:

    Have you ever wondered what it would feel like to practice the yoga asanas correctly? Where and how your foot stands and where your arm is really placed? Choosing to invest in a private class will give you clarity on all your doubts and give you a life long understanding of your body and its needs.

  • Online

    If you are traveling or for any other reason not able to receive a in person private class, we can also arrange an online private class from anywhere in the world via Zoom. For prices and more details, please contact me directly.

Therefore, each month I prepare a playlists on Spotify, which is public for you to access and listen to at any time. Especially if you are part of the Online Studio.
